Site Info
The Site Info Dashboard empowers QE Solar by providing a clear overview of customers, portfolios, and sites, making it easy to manage access and activation status. With role-based access control, data export and feature usage are streamlined, ensuring everything stays organized and secure.
Preventive Maintenance (PM)
The PM feature helps QE Solar technicians by allowing them to set the scope of work and schedule maintenance tasks. Work orders are automatically created from the scope and assigned to the technician which are visible via mobile app. They can easily complete, edit, and upload reports, and reschedule tasks if needed. If they find a new site, they can quickly add it to the system, ensuring it’s included in future audits. This feature makes their work more efficient and organized.
Corrective Maintenance (CM)
The CM feature enhances QE Solar’s maintenance management by making it easier to handle device and equipment faults. It allows for quick ticket creation and tracking through a user-friendly dashboard that displays the status and priority of each issue. Technicians can manage tickets seamlessly via the web or mobile app. The CM feature also offers detailed billing reports, automating cost calculations based on predefined rules for accurate and timely invoicing. Additionally, it provides various reports like RMA, Map, etc. offering valuable insights into maintenance activities and site locations.
Availability
The availability feature tracks data collection periods, total data gathered, and data wastage. This information is visible through detailed reports or in a table format, allowing for manual comments, edits, and future data manipulation. Additionally, the system highlights any wasted data in the exclusions section, providing a clear view of inefficiencies.
Performance Module
The Performance feature enhances QE Solar technicians’ efficiency and decision-making by providing detailed insights into customers, sites, and other operations through interactive dashboards & graphs in slideshows. It allows them to monitor performance and production metrics, track power consumption with Power Charts, and manage data intervals in a well-organized table format, minimizing time spent on repetitive tasks. The system also generates alerts if performance thresholds are not met, automatically creating tickets to address issues promptly and ensuring continuous operational oversight.
Safety
The Safety feature improves QE Solar’s operations by identifying potential hazards at customer sites through JHA (Job Hazard Analysis). This includes details on work type, and steps, allowing technicians to check off completed tasks. These details are linked to the ticket, ensuring the assigned person receives an alert. Site Check In/Check Out is managed via mobile for accurate tracking of work start and end times. Technicians can also add any new hazards discovered during site audits, enhancing overall safety and responsiveness.
Operations
The Operations feature enhances efficiency by allowing technicians to seamlessly manage and track work orders, from scheduling to completion, ensuring no task is overlooked. With Region Mapping, site locations are easily referenced on a map, improving logistical planning. Additionally, customizable drag-and-drop forms can be attached to reports and mapped to equipment, ensuring technicians complete them during their reporting.

Custom Forms
Technicians can create and attach fully customizable forms to their reports. These forms act like an empty canvas, allowing them to be tailored to specific tasks or equipment, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented during the reporting process.
Alert Generation
The system automatically generates alerts if performance thresholds are not met. When this happens, a corresponding ticket is created and linked directly to the alert, enabling technicians to address the issue promptly and efficiently.
Filters
Technicians can easily navigate the system using advanced filters, allowing them to sort through client portfolios, individual sites, and specific devices or equipment at each location. This feature simplifies data retrieval and ensures quick access to the needed information.
Real-time Data Updates
Technicians log data on the mobile app, including work orders and safety reports, which instantly updates on the web app for real-time tracking. The web app aggregates this data for operational oversight and compliance, while custom forms are used for various field tasks and managed centrally by administrators.
