By submitting your phone number to Sunflower Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern how Sunflower Lab uses your phone number to send newsletters, marketing materials, and meeting reminders.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit your phone number.

Sunflower Lab collects your phone number exclusively to send:

• Newsletters — industry news, AI and automation insights, and thought leadership content from Sunflower Lab
• Marketing Materials — updates about our services, new offerings, case studies, and relevant resources
• Meeting Reminders — scheduled call reminders, follow-up notifications, and appointment confirmations related to your inquiry or engagement with our team

We do not use your phone number for any purpose outside of the above three categories.

To submit your phone number and receive communications from Sunflower Lab, you must:
Have the legal authority to consent on behalf of yourself or the business you represent
Provide express written consent before receiving any messages from us
Our communications are designed for business professionals and decision-makers exploring or engaged with Sunflower Lab’s AI and automation services.

Your consent is required before Sunflower Lab sends any message to your phone number. Consent is obtained through:

• Providing documented written or verbal consent during a sales or onboarding conversation

Upon successful opt-in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment.

Submitting your phone number is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Sunflower Lab.

Message and Data Rates: Standard carrier rates may apply. Sunflower Lab is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier.

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from us
• Replying CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE
• Emailing info@thesunflowerlab.com with your phone number and request

Requests will be processed within 24 hours. Opting out here does not unsubscribe you from email communications unless separately requested

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Your phone number and message data will not be used to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

By submitting your phone number, you agree to:

• Not misuse, reproduce, or redistribute any content received from Sunflower Lab

The following are strictly prohibited:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunflower Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from failed or delayed message delivery, carrier errors, or network disruptions.

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use Sunflower Lab’s trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Columbus, Ohio under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
